There is : Lupus causes fatigue in 80 to 100% of patients. The fatigue can be profound and may improve or worsen with therapy. Medicaitons used to promote wakefulness in patients with severe apnea, narcolepsy, and other conditions may be tried. The risk vs. Benefit is addressed on a case by case basis. Good luck.
