My dad has lupus .(i'm 20 years old) i just want to know if there is anything he could do to ease off or wear off his pain. ( he can't sleep cuz pain)?

It depends: It depends on what is his causing pain. If his lupus is active, medications could be adjusted or started. However; he could have osteoarthritis, degenerative disk disease, or conditions contributing to his pain. Have him see his rheumatologist to better determine what is going on.
