Normal levels of Calprotectin are typically between 10 and 200. Presence of Calprotectin indicates Inflammation in your GI system. This can be caused by Infection, Inflammatory bowel disease, or Cancer. Since your levels are high, you should definitely talk to your GI Dr and follow up with them. They may order further testing such as Colonoscopy.
