Isotretinoin decreases the production of oils in your skin. This can cause dryness not only of your facial skin, but also of your mucus membranes (such as in your nose). Dry mucus membranes in your nose can result in nosebleeds. It is possible that these effects are dose dependent, so the higher the dose, the dryer the skin including the nasal mucosa.
