Be careful: Isotretinoin is powerful stuff. Don't change the dose without the direct supervision of the physician who prescribed it. At your age, a relapse is likely but only after a good long period of clear skin. I'm glad you've done this and it's time to go back to milder Rx's which will probably work well.
