I'm 36. what does the following mean?: material submitted: (01) endometrium - endometrial biopsy diagnosis: (01) endometrial biopsy: no endometrial tissue identified. minute fragments of benign endocervix, mucus, and blood?

It means that what was supposed to be an endometrial biopsy did not yield any endometrial ( body of the Uterus) material. Only tissue from the cervix (mouth of the uterus). So if endometrial biopsy was needed it did not succeed in doing so.
