Am 19f and worried about heart failure/strokes. been diagnosed neck radiculopathy and heart palpitations. lived a sedentary life developmental years(14-18 minimal movement mostly in bed) my veins constrict very tiny at night. numb/pain in left side?

I suggest that you have too much health anxiety. Radiculopathy doesn't predispose you to strokes. If you have a normal EKG& echocardiogram you shouldn't be concerned about heart failure. Palpitations need outpatient heart monitoring to determine if they're significant. They may be from anxiety.Numb,pain in left side is nebulous. See a neurologist for evaluation. Vein change at night is nonspecific
