Do see a doctor at your earliest convenience. Enough blood can be lost from hemorrhoid to result in anemia. Thrombosed or ulcerated hemorrhoids can cause pain. Even uncomplicate hemorrhoids are uncomfortable, cause itching and the problems you mentioned. Wish you good health!

If you suspect you have hemorrhoids you should see a doctor. Your symptoms may or may not be caused by them. Being extra gassy is not a 'Bad' sign but sign of digestive imbalance. In the meantime avoid constipation, exercise, eliminate gas causing foods and drink water. Good luck.
