Follow up w/ MD w/full evaluation. Consider menopause, hyperthyroidism, medications. Get CXR for mediastinal lymphadenopathy, CBC, complete metabolic profile, CRP. sed rate, check mammogram, check for rare entities lymphoma, carcinoid syndrome, Castleman disease . f/u/ w/ MD
