May be: Anemia may coexist with high blood pressure, but anemia does not cause high blood pressure. So you need an internist evaluation, some laboratory work up, follow up, etc. Also, hopefully a treatment plan is made for your heavy periods and fibroids resulting in anemia which can certainly lead to tachycardia and lightheadedness
