I recently lost my health insurance due to resigning from my previous job, i don't have any refills on my medication, would i be able to still receive medication for my heart palpitations when without any insurance?

If you get a prescription from your physician and pay for the meds yourself there should be no issues.

Your provider may be willing to have it refilled under that circumstance for a limited time until you have a new insurance. I did just that for my patients at times. You should call your doctor's office and I think he (she) will approve the refill for a couple months if you have seen this provider for quite some time.

I don't think a physician would write you a refill prescription without knowing details of your history, testing ,symptoms.& accurate diagnosis & seeing you first. You don't need insurance to get a prescription filled if you obtain it from a physician and you're able to pay for it
