I am on noten for heart palpitations half tablet per day. lately it doesn't seem to stop them. is there better medication for this?

Noten, a beta blocker, can suppress atrial or ventricular irritability but it seems you're taking a low dose. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, nicotine. Check thyroid function. Consult a cardiologist for appropriate testing,treatment and advice.
