Palpitations: Has the nature of your palpitations been determined by an EKG or a heart monitor during the palpitations? If not,you can be best helped by a proper diagnosis. Noten, a beta blocker, can suppress atrial or ventricular irritability but it seems you're taking a low dose. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, nicotine. Check thyroid function. Consult a cardiologist for appropriate testing,treatment and advice.
