I received first pfizer vaccine shot yeasterday and strangely i don't feel any more the constant heart palpitations or flutters i felt before. is this a placebo or maybe some of the ingredients actually are good for heart health. thank you?

Pfizer vaccine has very little in its rna representing spike protein and a small transport material. I am not aware of vaccine affecting the heart, brain or any other systems. Is it possible that your palpitations were due to anxiety concerning COVID-19 & receiving the vaccine may have relieved the stress. It can be just coincidence. Or may have heart healthy effect!!! Does it help?
