It the hole could be a scar cavity or a sebaceous cyst cavity and the white thing sebaceous secretion. Definitely not a nerve. acondom of any kind will not damage your penis unless your allergic to it. If the 'hole' persists pl see a Urologist for a precise diagnosis and - Good luck
