My friend got circumcised and he has a scar from it. his scar is tight and will the scar tissue stretch. i was wondering because its painful for him?

I suppose there is a question in this post, but not clear one. Adhesions and other remnants of a circumcisions are not rare. A visit to a urologist (surgeon for that area) can help him understand his options for simple release of this tissue could be discussed.

If it is not too tight it might If tight enough to cause pain he should see the surgeon who did the circ for evaluation and treatment for without seeing it no definite rec. can be given. Good luck.
