Sorry to hear of your persistent COVID-19 symptoms, as alteration of sense of smell and taste are quite common, and usually last only a few weeks. However, it appears that alteration persists, and not clear if it will spontaneously improve. Recommend a visit to an otolaryngologist, and get this fully examined, as doctors now have some techniques to address these situations.
