Irritated airway: If you have asthma,emphysema or are a smoker and have this exposure,your airway could be irritated for a longer period of time.It is concerning that you still have this symptom and it would be advisable to see your doctor to make sure there is not another issue contributing. In the meantime,no smoking or exposure to irritating fumes and lots of fluids for hydration.

Respiratory issues: Get outside and breath fresh air. Ventilate the space you were working in. I agree with earlier recommendation to get evaluated if your chest symptoms are not resolving quickly or you have any difficulty breathing.
