Do you add milk? You could have lactose intolerance. Extra fiber intake in your diet, food allergy, irritable bowel syndrome can also be the problem. Do you have a food allergy to coffee? Consider a food diary, write down what you eat. If you notice the gas and bloating see what you just ate. Eliminate that food and the problem may resolve. Not better consult a provider.

It is easy to know. You just stop drinking coffee (avoidance) and if those symptoms do not recur, you are free. If you really love coffee, you can give robusta coffee a trial instead of arabica coffee (if you currently drink arabica coffee), arabica has more fat compared with robusta.
