Endocrine consult: This finding and your symptoms could represent a Pheochromoctroma which should be removed if present. There are blood test that would suggest the likelihood of this problem. It is important that this be worked up. Seek endocrinology consultation.

Recently I had an incidental finding of a nodule my left adrenal gland. I have almost every symptom of adrenal fatigue also. The worst is palpitations, headaches, and tachycardia especially after meals. Could this be related?
