Then tell both your psychiatrist & your ob-gyn when you're ready to plan a pregnancy, to understand the risk of taking anti-anxiety medications in pregnancy. Also, discuss with your OB the risks of having a child with a chromosomal abnormality at your age, as this provokes anxiety in some women 35 & older.
