Varies by state: In all states you are an adult at age 18 and certainly can make your own health decisions. If you are under 18, pregnancy can "emancipate" you to make those decisions in some states, and the age that you can do that at varies state to state. Best you go on planned parenthood website and click to the state you live in for info. I encourage you to enlist a trusted adult in your decision, though.
