Hello, my 11 month old baby has delayed devopment milestones and has been diagnosed with cerebral atrophy. i would like to know how i will manage the situation and how i will help her live a normal life?

I do empathize with you about the diagnosis. I wonder what may have caused the cerebral atrophy, if it something reversible that could be corrected is what you could find out from the medical personnel. Love the baby the best you could and hope the intervening higher power may help limit the extent of damage by being hopeful and engaging the child to be the best possible. Brain growth continue yet

Atrophy is a descriptive term and in this case would imply some damage to the structure that has resulted in shrinkage/loss of size occurred. Further investigation may determine what caused the damage and whether it is stable or could trigger more loss. Outcomes are difficult to predict even when you know the cause. An infant early intervention program can help maximize the future function
