May be associated with your H Pylori and reflux. You need to have them treated which should diminish your symptoms. Good Luck

GI symptoms can be from your H Pylori etc but not low back pain and pain under the ribs and fingers. If not better pl see your MD. For this use some Tylenol and local heat. Stay on your H pylori/ rflux meds Wondering why you had STD tests
