Most anything: White cell levels fluctuate wildly; they are indicators of particular health problems but also change, often unpredicably, with your experiences -- hope this is no surprise. As an exercise, i've driven my neutrophils from normal to above 2x the "normal limit" by 20 minutes in cold water. This is nothing compared with what an infection can do. Your physician's your only reliable guide.
