What can cause wbc to go from 7.4 to 4.1 within a year all other results was in the normal range i am slightly anemic and i havent been eating test was done at 11am on fasting for 16 hours should i worry what can cause this drop from my average wbc?

Any symptoms?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped had you stated as to why were these tests done. If you do not have unexpected infections, you may watch and wait.
