Vaginitis: Presuming you are referring to a vaginal yeast infection there are several things you might try. Make sure you are treated with an agent effective against yeast (like fluconazole) through one menstrual period. Also have your sexual partner (assuming it is a man) use anti-fungal cream on his penis for about a week twice or three times a day. He may be giving it back to you.

What's the location?: If your yeast infection is vaginal, the next question is whether you are wearing panty liners or any other occlusive material. Panty liners increase the ph of that entire location and make you much more prone to yeast infections. Is your infection ongoing or does it resolve and then recur? It's also possible that you might have a strain of candida that is resistant to the usual antifungal meds.
