Might well be.: Now, Influenza is a definite possibility. Nausea and vomiting can be a part of regular flu although respiratory symptoms usually dominate. Associated with exhaustion and muscle pain, myalgia and joint pain, arthralgia. So take it easy and if you are not better in a day or two go and see your doctor. Ibuprofen can cause nausea and stomach pain. 200- 400 Q 6 is the max. Don't take any for a day.
