I would go to Google and Wikipedia and your DR who knows what is needed in women like you in Pakistan, And maybe even your text book on health.

If you eat an excessive amount of unhealthy carbs the excess amount turns to triglycerides, a fat, and these are deposited in the body. A person who consumes about a total of 2000 calories a day should limit carbs to about 300 grams daily.( about 50% of daily calories). A nutritionist can advise you best, however.
