You saw blood in the toilet bowl but you say blood was from your penis, not in your urine. Are you absolutely sure blood coming out from the meatus (urethral opening)? Blood in the toilet bowl is often due to hemorrhoid bleeding unless you really saw and wiped off blood from the meatus. A cut in the urethra due to a small stone passing may cause that bleeding but you usually have associated sx.

It is surprising that blood came from your penis yet was not in the urine. Best is to have your MD check your urine and examine your urinary meatus and for hemorrhoids to make sure it is not from the anus. And drink water
