It is difficult to answer without a full examination. This could be a genital wart and not a mole. Best to schedule an appointment with obgyn.

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may watch and wait. If the lesion more than double is size, ulcerates, bleeds, other lesion appear, nodes in your groin become large or painful, you should see a gynecologist.
