Sounds normal: Direct exam of skin by a knowledgeable provider, especially a dermatologist, is far more accurate than anything anyone can say on a distant medical forum. With two doctors, one a dermatologist, reassuring you that nothing is abnormal, I'm sure that's the case. Natural hormonal changes following pregnancy certainly can do this. I see no reason for worry.

Follow advice: Two separate doctors who examined you declared the spots to be harmless. It is not feasible to do better in this forum.
