For years now i have had a hole on my penis shaft. it is circle shaped and i can see the next layer of my penis. should i be worried about it because it has been there i believe for a couple of years? i was circumcised also a long time ago?

It could be a pitted scar from your circumcision. It has to be examined before a definitive diagnosis can be made but does not sound swerious.
