Should self cure: These tissues are tolerant of some trauma & will swell easily. As long as he is not in pain & can pee normally this should fade within a day or so.

if you get an erection off and on then the mechanism is intact and there is no 'dead' muscle. The head does not get erect. re. not having feeling pl see a Urologist. Good luck
