My son, 24, is having regular dandruffs that is causing itching on scalp. he has been regularly using anti dandruff shampoos but nothing has worked. it's been 6 months. is it advisable for him to have oral medicines from a dr? if yes, which dr can?

There are skin conditions that can cause flaking, itching and redness. After using dandruff shampoo regularly for a few weeks, it is best to see your family doctor or a dermatologist. Oral medicines are not usually needed.
