What is it?: Dandruff is an overproduction/accumulation of sticky scalp skin cells which may have a fungus as the root (excuse the pun!) cause. Keto plus is ketoconazole, an anti fungal shampoo. But often the "dandruff" is just dry scalp and a build up of styling products. Dandruff shampoos like Head and Shoulders moisturize and contain zinc pyrithione, a fighter of fungi and bacteria.
