Sleeping 2h or less at night is definitely not part of a healthy lifestyle and you may want to consider immediate changes. Chronic sleep deprivation will affect all brain functions in time, even decreasing the seizure threshold among others. Start by increasing physical activities during the day.

At your age you need at least 6 or more hours of sleep. Your mental and physical actions will be limited. Your job will be affected if you are not at your best cognitive and physical status. Change your habits and find out why you can't go to sleep earlier.
