No. Upper endoscopy does not visualise pancreas. Blood tests are generally adequate to diagnose pancreatic inflammation.

A regular upper endoscope does not see the pancreas, but an ultrasound endoscope can. The pancreas is evaluated with CT best but is only used when the clinical need dictates.
