If your erections are hard than you have good supply to area. As far as ED worries there should be none. Find a girlfriend and your concerns will be over but practice safe sex no matter who it is with.

It is hard to visualize an erect penis facing down unless it is bent. If yo have a good and hard erection it is definitely not ED. so no worries there. Without an exam your question cant be answered. Suggest go back to the surgeon who did your circ. I think you will be fine
