Ed in a male under age 30 usually related to psychological or situational factors in the absence of any systemic illnesses like diabetes and on no medications or recreational drugs that may adversely affect. Warm Compress: If it is just a cyst, warm compresses may help it open and drain. If it is very tender, red, or getting bigger, you may need to be on antibiotics and the doctor may have to drain the cyst. The cyst may or may not be related to the problem with erections.
