Hi doc, i ave a cyst in front off my balls, its on the right hand side of penis shaft and i can't get an erection?

See answer: Cyst likely either an epidermal or sebaceous cyst which are quite common in genital area and can be surgically excised if bothersome. Ed in a male under age 30 usually related to psychological or situational factors in the absence of any systemic illnesses like diabetes and on no medications or recreational drugs that may adversely affect. Urological evaluation can be helpful for either problem.

Warm Compress: If it is just a cyst, warm compresses may help it open and drain. If it is very tender, red, or getting bigger, you may need to be on antibiotics and the doctor may have to drain the cyst. The cyst may or may not be related to the problem with erections.
