Pheochromocytoma usually. Ask the lab doing the test if their test picks up stuff in coffee. Do not put penis into jug to pee as it contains acid-the jug that is. Pheo is VERY VERY rare. And almost always causes high blood pressure. I have been looking for them in those with HNT and not seen (or recognized) one for the last 30 years in hypertension. Maybe 5000 patients in that time. Discuss.
