I pee every 30 mins. my urine is clear & i drink a proper amount of water but it's spread through out the day. & i don't drink coffee. what is wrong?

Increase urination: For how long? occurs at night ? Checked for UTI? How much do you drink a day? Always be a mix of water /gatorade as too much water dilutes body sodium.
