A member asked:

If im going through puberty is it normal for cords of one testicle get hard and soft due to cold temperatures or strenous activity, how do i know if i have bell clappers deformity?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Testicles dont get hard or soft. It is the scrotum which gets tight and relax with temperature. Bell clapper deformity is difficult to diagnose preoperatively and the ultrasound is not always accurate. Not all bell clapper testes twist So please wear a good support underwear and dont worry about something which probably not happen
