My upper left back hurts when i move certain directions, just at the very top of latimos dorso m. also, my upper left rib hurts if im getting pushed down from my back as well. i do lift weights, but is this concern for cancer? 2 month pain on/off?

When someone moves and there is back pain it is likely musculoskeletal pain, from muscle, joints, ligaments, discs, or muscles. The best way to get an answer to your personal health question is to see a doctor in person. There is a very low chance that a 30 year would have cancer.
