I think you're the same person who asked about discharge but in that question didn't mention the association with defecation. See that reply. Probably nothing is wrong, just abdominal pressure and stool passing over the internal genital organs, expressing fluid from your prostate or seminal vesicles.

If it was clear it is probably from the prostate or the glands lining the passageway and can happen sometimes at the time of defecation specially if you strained a bit and is not STD. If it was white it needs to be checked. Keep your appointment
