: Using just MRI to determine whether a "pancreatic tumor" is "non cancerous" may not guarantee the benign nature of same. Pain in the "left ribs" is probably from your gastric reflux condition, so consult a GI physician for possible endoscopy to rule out gastric ulcer. Get a second opinion about the lesions found by MRI in the pancreas.
