I would average several of the eGFRs to get a good estimate. Best estimate is to do a 24 hr urine GFR. I do not have the normal values for the lab you used. Also may need your ethnicity but there is a debate about using that in the eGFR calculation. Discuss with your Dr who knows you and what meds you are on and if you have other problems that affect eGFR such as high blood pressure/diabete.

Cockcroft-Gault Crcl is an outdated method for measuring estimated glomerular filtration rate. (eGFR) You doctor can use a more recent and more accurate formula. If your eFGR is below 90, it would be prudent to consult a nephrologist.
