I know that lymphoma cant be diagnosed via standard blood work, but what are some blood work results that might prompt a physician to do additional testing for lymphoma?

Abnormal CBC as a start. Some lymphomas can be diagnosed or at least suspected with a CBC with blood smear.

Flow cytometric examination of blood may help, though if you do not have enlarged nodes, have not lost weight and do not have fever, you are unlikely to have lymphoma.
