Losing weight with exercise and diet does not increase your liver enzymes unless you were taking herbal products which are notoriously known for liver side effects (hepatotoxicity). In fact, if you have high liver enzymes due to fatty liver, losing weight with diet and exercise will lower the enzymes.

Agree with Dr. Le. Do not take alcohol or over the counter medications, especially paracetamol. Do not take any medications, including traditional Indian medications without checking with your doctor. Keep up the weight loss and check your liver enzymes in about 3 months. Wish you good health!
