What do mean by "splint poop". You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods. No. If you are constipated modify your diet by adding fiber also take a stool softner or a laxative under the guidance of your MD. Do not 'splint'
