You may have been dehydrated and fall in blood pressure on getting up would have prompted the heart to pump harder. If the symptoms do not recur, do not be concerned. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
